Define the Service Catalog for Service Requests
Ensure service delivery according to contractual SLAs
Organize and facilitate Service Review Meetings
Coordinate volume forecasting and charging agreements
Update Service Level Management documentation
Manage and measure SLAs, implement improvements
Negotiate service level exceptions
Manage estimations for application development
Plan and deliver the full application development cycle
Handle a CORE-FLEX team
Key Responsibilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation skills
Team player with proactive attitude
Proven experience in service improvement programs
Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration)
IT risk management and project management skills
Structured planning and analytical skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
Insurance domain experience preferred
