We are Métrica, a business consulting, systems integration, IT services and solutions company committed to the Information Society and technological development.

At Métrica, we are looking for a Service Request Manager with at least 4 years of experience for a project with an important client.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience :

  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally using Agile methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Request Manager role.
  • 1+ year of experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products;

experience with the Confirming product is a plus.

  • ITIL certification or similar service management methodology (ServiceNow).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • User-level knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
  • High level of English, both written and spoken (B2+ / C1).
