About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency, data‑driven decision making, and strategic alignment across our global sales operations. You will analyze and optimize sales processes, provide actionable insights through data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization – Analyze and streamline end‑to‑end sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global operations.
- Data Management & Analysis – Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of sales data to generate business intelligence and actionable insights; ensure order intake forecast for every segment and region.
- Market Intelligence – Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to forecast sales, inform strategies, and identify new opportunities.
- Cross‑Functional Alignment – Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure data alignment and support shared business goals.
- Strategic Support – Provide crucial business intelligence and strategic recommendations to sales leadership to support effective decision‑making.
Required Skills & Experience
Analytical Skills – Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.Technical Proficiency – Expertise with CRM tools, sales automation tools, and advanced data analysis in Excel / GSheets.Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive operational excellence on a global scale.Communication & Collaboration – Strong communication skills to drive alignment between different departments and manage relationships with various stakeholders.Project Management – Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.Experience
