What youll be doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking prospects : initiate outreach, build strong first impressions and shape early dialogues
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build a solid pipeline and help guide opportunities through to discovery phases
• Collaborate closely with internal Solution Specialists and Partner  Managers to maximise conversion and value for clients
• Identify customer business-needs and match them with suitable cloud / technology offerings
• Capture the voice of the customer, gather feedback and feed insights into product and sales processes
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure consistent follow-up and reporting
• Achieve your individual targets and contribute to the teams overall growth

What were looking for

Fluent Norwegian (C1+) and strong English (B2+)

Goal-oriented, proactive, strong communicator and able to build rapport

EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is required
