Senior Technical Team Manager Role Summary
This is a leadership position that oversees the strategic and technical direction of a senior technical team.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of 5 or more people in technical environments, including software, digital electronics hardware, IP, or others.
The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to plan, organize, and oversee project tasks efficiently.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to foster engagement and motivate high-level technical professionals.
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry, particularly CPU architecture, SoC design, or RISC-V instruction set architecture (ISA) and ecosystem, is highly desirable.

What you'll do :
- Lead a senior technical team, providing both strategic and technical direction.

Requirements :
Over 6 years of experience in technical environments, including at least 2 years leading teams of 5 or more people.Solid technical background that enables you to communicate with senior engineers, understand technical trade-offs, and translate complex challenges to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.Ability to plan, organize and oversee project tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.Proven capacity to foster engagement and motivate high-level technical professionals.Fluent in English (spoken and written).What will make you stand out :
