What You'll Do

As a Marketing Coordinator / Analyst, you will play a versatile role within our Marketing & Communications team, providing support across a wide range of initiatives. You will :

• Maintain CRM data quality and contribute to the development of marketing processes and best practices.
• Analyze marketing data, manage CRM systems, and generate and extract actionable insights that move the needle on strategic objectives.
• Show confidence using data visualization software and advanced analytics concepts to address business problems.
• Deliver insights to stakeholders using intuitive visuals.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results effectively.
• Design and execute event experiences that shape the BCG brand for our most critical audiences.
• Lead and support the end-to-end production of events, including development and maintenance of invitation lists, mailings, participant tracking, vendor management, logistics, and on-site delivery.
• Develop event marketing collateral to ensure strong messaging, branding, and overall look.
• Support digital marketing activities : using tools such as Marketo, creating graphics and visual content, drafting texts for digital channels, and supporting B2B mailing campaigns.

What You'll Bring

familiarity with CRM systems (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team in Madrid, working closely with colleagues locally and across the region. The Marketing & Communications team is in charge of external communications, institutional relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, shaping BCG’s image among clients, alumni, and the media and general public. By contributing to the visibility of BCG’s expertise and activities across the right channels, the team plays a key role in building and strengthening BCG’s brand and long-term impact.
