We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence in international markets — especially in English-speaking countries — and open new business opportunities in the B2B digital services space.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities using advanced outreach strategies.
• Sales Outreach : Conduct cold calls, cold emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest.
• CRM Management : Use HubSpot to manage contacts, track deals, and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.
• Client Acquisition : Take ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to deal closing.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator : Leverage this tool to identify decision-makers and build high-quality connections.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation efforts and accelerate growth.
• Performance : Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting on KPIs and pipeline progression.
