Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is revolutionizing how we manage our last-mile delivery network through Central Operations, a key strategic initiative transforming route planning, scheduling, and delivery execution. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Process Analyst to join our EU Central Operations team as a People Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our delivery network operations.

In this role, you'll lead a team of analysts while driving critical improvements in our intra-week forecasting and capacity management processes. You'll be at the intersection of operations, technology, and analytics, working with cross-functional teams across worldwide partners to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in automating complex business decisions, developing mathematical models for real-time operations, and creating innovative approaches to solve operational challenges.

As a senior member of the team, you'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Long Term Planning teams, Technical and Science teams. You'll be responsible for developing and mentoring team members while driving process improvements that impact key performance metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Delivery Success Rate, Volume Losses or Speed decisions. You will work with AMZL Last Mile technologies that will be crucial in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

You'll have the chance to influence the design of new operational processes, develop metrics and tools built into AMZL platforms, and partner with Planning, Transportation, Last Mile Tech, and business expansion teams to scale Central Operations effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in SQL and Python, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions in a complex operational environment. • Support and coach other business analysts (BAs) through mentorship and coaching activities
