Infrastructure Specialist

Descripción del trabajoTítulo universitario en Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín. Experiencia en administración de infraestructuras TI : servidores, redes y aplicaciones basadas en sistemas Microsoft y Linux. Experiencia comprobada en sistemas de virtualización como VMWare, XenServer y plataformas en Azure (SaaS y PaaS). Conocimiento en redes y equipos de comunicación (Fortinet, Checkpoint, WatchGuard). Experiencia con PowerShell. Participación en proyectos de automatización y robotización de procesos. Buen nivel de inglés. Certificación ITIL (deseable). Autonomía y alto sentido de responsabilidad. Enfoque en el cliente y en la resolución de problemas. Buena capacidad de comunicación y relación interpersonal. Alta tolerancia al estrés. Contrato directo con el cliente final (¡no consultoría!). Estamos en búsqueda de un / una Especialista en Infraestructuras de TI para unirse al equipo de Sistemas de Información de una importante entidad financiera especializada en medios de pago, que opera de forma internacional con una gran presencia en Europa y más de 7 millones de clientes de forma global.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Apoyar en la evolución de los sistemas : servidores, comunicaciones y soluciones de seguridad.
- Gestionar plataformas de monitoreo de sistemas y comunicaciones.
- Administrar infraestructuras de virtualización tanto on-premise como en la nube.
- Mantener la documentación de la infraestructura actualizada.
- Colaborar con socios internos y externos en la gestión de problemas, incidentes, mejoras y su respectiva comunicación.
