Responsibilities
Client & Channel Development : Maintain strong relationships and interactions with local power consumers, government, and grid companies. Deeply explore major accounts and channel partners (e.g., energy developers, industrial parks, hotels, retail chains, logistics firms). Guide customers to promote project signings. Establish a distributor network by expanding channels for microgrid solution sales (e.g., EPCs, park developers, investment institutions) and build a stable, long-term channel system.
Project Management : Decompose the annual sales targets for the European region based on company strategic goals, formulate sales plans, and drive their execution.
Market Research : Master market trends in key European countries (e.g., Germany, Spain, Netherlands, UK). Develop differentiated market entry strategies, monitor competitor dynamics, and optimize business strategies.
Account Management : Continuously maintain relationships with key accounts. Understand their needs and provide corresponding solutions.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience : Over 8 years of marketing / sales experience in the energy industry, including over 3 years of team management experience. Experience in successfully expanding overseas projects in C&I energy storage, EV charging, microgrids, or zero-carbon parks is preferred.
Abilities : Familiar with the European market. Must possess local resources : grid, government, client, and channel resources (e.g., power companies, EPCs, major accounts, park developers, investment institutions). Proficient in key account negotiation and full-process marketing management. Able to assist in building the European marketing system and convert opportunities. Skilled in target decomposition and team motivation.
Attributes : Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, market insight, and project management capabilities.
Other : Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus). Knowledge of a local European language is preferred. Able to efficiently coordinate cross-cultural teams and drive cross-department collaboration.
Travel : Must be willing and adaptable to business travel.
