INVENTEUR , an international event agency operating across Europe, is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in the luxury segment. The role focuses on attracting and developing relationships with HNWI / UHNWI clients and family offices, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to long-term partnership.

Recent projects include private concerts with globally acclaimed artists, as well as €1M+ immersive experiences across Europe and the Middle East, produced for some of the most demanding clients worldwide.
Candidate Profile
– Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage
– Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales (events, luxury, hospitality, or arts background is a strong plus)
– Proven track record of closing deals with HNWI and UHNWI clients
– Must hold a valid EU work permit and UK visa (or ability to obtain)
– Living in Barcelona is a strong plus
– In-depth understanding of luxury service culture and etiquette
– Independent, disciplined, and result-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
