In this role you will lead operational excellence across European subsidiaries, providing advanced analytics, governance, and cross-functional leadership. You will support the Head of Operations Europe in day-to-day matters and strategic initiatives, ensuring resilience and efficient core processes. You will strengthen third-party oversight, manage risk and continuity frameworks, and drive improvements for scalable operations. • Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional issues with third parties, IT, Risk & Compliance
• Coordinate problem-solving sessions such as incident reviews and process redesign meetings
• Lead structured vendor management, including contract reviews, SLA/KPI performance and improvement tracking
• Maintain escalation pathways to ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication
• Maintain BCP and Operational Resilience frameworks with annual reviews and updates
• Conduct impact analyses to identify critical services and assess tolerances and time-critical activities
• Assess third-party resilience and ensure contractual obligations are evidenced
• Perform annual process reviews and drive continuous improvement
• Quantify operational efficiency via cycle times, volumes, accuracy, capacity, and cost drivers
• Build business cases for process change, emphasizing risk reduction and efficiency gains
• Evaluate automation or tooling opportunities to improve scalability and reduce manual work
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to develop the Corporate Service xcskxlj Centre in Madrid and coordinate with claims, finance, legal, Risk & Compliance
• Support MRRSI strategic and operational goals by delivering market-leading non-regulated services to European branches
Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, ideally in commercial lines (underwriting, claims, bordereaux, finance)
• Experience in operational risk, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements (IDD, DORA, Solvency II)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies; certifications are a plus
