Your Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong passion for Food & Beverage (F&B) to join our Marketing team.
In this role, you will act as the key connection between the Marketing department, the F&B division, and our restaurant managers across multiple markets.
As Marketing Coordinator – F&B, you will take ownership of the entire marketing funnel, from driving brand awareness to generating conversions. You will ensure that all campaigns, communications, and guest experiences not only align with the company’s objectives and brand standards, but also elevate our F&B presence and strengthen guest loyalty.
Your Journey Execute F&B marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives, ensuring seamless coordination across all properties and markets.
Lead new asset launches and brand implementation , guaranteeing consistency across all touchpoints (menus, signage, digital platforms, collaterals, guest communications).
Promote F&B outlets across digital and offline channels, including the company website, OTAs, social media, newsletters, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with F&B and operations teams to develop and launch new restaurant concepts, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special events, ensuring impactful communication to target audiences.
Oversee content creation for F&B marketing (food photography, menu design, storytelling, social media campaigns), while tracking engagement and performance metrics.
Enhance the guest journey within the F&B experience by leveraging customer insights, guest feedback, and data-driven analysis.
Lead cross-functional projects with restaurant managers, F&B teams, and external partners.
Manage external collaborators (agencies, photographers, designers, influencers) to deliver high-quality and timely F&B content and campaigns.
Propose and implement new initiatives to boost F&B visibility, increase reservations, and strengthen guest loyalty.
Coordinate and optimize F&B marketing budgets , ensuring efficient planning, allocation, and tracking for campaigns, events, and activations.
Monitor and follow up on campaign progress , ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand execution.
What you will bring to the trip 3–5 years of marketing experience within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on expertise with CRM systems, booking engines, OTAs, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent organizational and communication skills , with capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
Analytical mindset , with experience in reporting, performance tracking, and insights generation.
Creative eye for content development, visual storytelling, and brand communication.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and cross-cultural environment .
