Descripción del trabajoAt least 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English&Spanish Goal-oriented and motivated by results Enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive attitude Clear and uncapped commission structure Structured onboarding to help you quickly learn our processes and focus on results Transparent and well-defined career development plan Full autonomy to build and manage your own consultant network Modern office located in the heart of Madrid (Nuevos Ministerios) 23 vacation days + 1 additional loyalty day for each work anniversary (up to 7) Flexible compensation through Flexoh 1 remote day per week Annual company kickoff event Summer and Christmas events EU citizenship or valid work permit is required Interview with Talent Acquisition – 30 minutes Interview with Managers Interview with Directors Reference check

Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.
After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are now looking to continue this growth by hiring experienced IT recruiter to strengthen our Madrid office and support the development of the Iberian market, with a strong focus on Portugal .
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for freelance IT consultants
- Proactively source and build your talent pipeline in a fast-growing sector
- Maintain direct contact with candidates : screening, evaluating profiles, and managing the recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment needs with client demands
