Payroll Specialist Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead our Nordic payroll operations and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take full ownership of complex payrolls for Nordic clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead audits, handle escalations, and ensure SLA performance and client trust.
- Train, mentor, and onboard junior team members and serve as an expert resource.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and drive operational excellence.
About This Opportunity :
