The Engineering team builds the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first‐class service to our members, health professionals, and our own engineers. We move fast, take ownership, and tackle big problems. Security is a non‐negotiable attribute for us.

Scope

Infrastructure enablement for product crews (e.g. hosting improvements, CI / CD).

Security and compliance facilitation (e.g. authentication, database anonymisation).

Developer productivity enhancements (e.g. local environment setup, monorepo tooling, custom CLI and dashboards).

Design and development unification (e.g. Design System).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product crews to enable rapid shipping of product increments.

Implement and maintain security controls across infrastructure and application layers.

Guide teams on security best practices, including secure coding, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Enhance developer productivity by building tools that streamline secure development.

Drive initiatives that improve the quality of foundations from infrastructure to code foundations (backend / frontend / mobile).

Qualifications

Strong background in application and infrastructure security; hands‐on experience with application security testing and penetration testing.

Experience protecting organisations from cyber threats, monitoring, detecting, and responding to incidents.

Passionate about building secure products and systems.

Familiarity with cloud security and modern web application security.

Fit

Well‐versed in Object‐Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern Javascript.

Willing to work in Python / JavaScript (no need for deep experience in both).

Passionate about building products and self‐starting.

Humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.

Fluent in English; French knowledge not required.
