Your mission Direct interaction with the different assigned clients (whatever their sector and size)
Preparation, analysis, and review of the clients' general accounting (suppliers, clients, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, fixed assets)
Preparation of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the client
Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the recurrent obligations of the clients
Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books
Support the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processes
Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department, depending on their skills
Mentor and provide guidance to junior accountants and accounting assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring their continuous professional growth
Your profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) would be valued.
5+ years of working experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Experience with IFRS and / or GAAP will be valued
Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)
Interest in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict reporting deadlines
Experience in team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
