Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant you will be primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and reporting to the Head of Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey

• Recording and control of accounting operations : Management of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversight of invoices (issued and received) to ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable : Tracking payment deadlines, managing suppliers and customers, and updating records of payments and collections.
• Support in tax preparation : Assisting in the collection and preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
• Support in the preparation of basic financial reports : Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and other reports required by the company.
• Assistance with internal and external audits : Participating in the gathering and preparation of documents required by auditors to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
• General finance : all activities related to general finance such as bank relationship, suppliers, to be the link with other departments.
