What will you do?

As a RPA Developer in HR Systems Employee experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies through automation in the technology landscape. You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks within business processes that align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.

We focus on

• Identifying Automation Opportunities : Recognizing repetitive tasks within HR systems and employee experience processes that can be automated to enhance efficiency.
• Integrating RPA with HR Systems : Collaborating with the teams to seamlessly integrate RPA solutions with existing HR systems to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
• Process Optimization : Working to optimize HR processes through RPA, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly employee experience within the systems.
