Responsibilities1. Project Management : Based on product goals, gather information from various departments, collaborate with retail teams to output new product retail promotion plans, and track the implementation.2. Goal Management : Breakdown of category targets, with weekly, monthly, and quarterly follow-ups to ensure achievement.3. Product Management : Responsible for product lifecycle management, including planning for introduction, growth, maturity, and discontinuation phases.4. Sales Management : Continuously empowering the sales of products, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and company policies to achieve annual sales targets.5. Market Insights : (Industry + Competitors) Developing retail strategies for products, monitoring sales performance throughout the lifecycle, and summarizing patterns and approaches.Requirements1. Strong learning ability, with good communication skills and project management skills;2. GTM, retail or sales, with at least 5 years of work experience preferred;3. Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred,4. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language.
