Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Engaging Training Content : Utilize ADDIE instructional design processes to create interactive and immersive training experiences.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with other teams to create effective learning experiences that meet business objectives.
- Develop Course-Specific Job Aids and Performance Support Materials : Create tailored job aids and performance support materials to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Create Video Deliveries for Trainings and Webinars : Produce high-quality video content for trainings and webinars that cater to diverse learning styles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A degree in Communications, Multimedia, or Educational studiesAt least 2 years of experience in Learning Materials designStrong communication and project management skillsProficiency in Learning Management Systems and Articulate 360What We Offer
