• Design and Develop Engaging Training Content : Utilize ADDIE instructional design processes to create interactive and immersive training experiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with other teams to create effective learning experiences that meet business objectives.
• Develop Course-Specific Job Aids and Performance Support Materials : Create tailored job aids and performance support materials to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Create Video Deliveries for Trainings and Webinars : Produce high-quality video content for trainings and webinars that cater to diverse learning styles.
