Job Description

Part of Stefanini's Infrastructure Services (INFRA) division, the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) team continues to grow, and we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team.

As a Digital Workplace Platforms (DWP) Solution Architect, you will be involved throughout pre-sales cycles (i.e., RFIs, RFPs) but also in post-sales activities (i.e., Workshops, PoCs, Projects), working together with pre-sales, sales, delivery, and SME teams to understand our customer needs, challenges, and strategies in order to design, propose and deliver a comprehensive tailored solution.

We are looking for a profile with a solid Microsoft 365 technical background combined with strong customer leadership skills. This role will require significant customer interaction and will drive architecture planning. The candidate must have broad, multi-discipline, Enterprise IT experience and must deliver customer-centric solutions that improve the user experience.

Job responsibilities :

• Participate in Pre- and Post-Sales activities, capturing customer technical and business requirements, crafting a technical solution, and providing context and direction during the sales and transition cycles;
• Act as Digital Transformation advisor to our customers by building a tailored Digital Workplace roadmap;
• Support Stefanini M.E.S. business development efforts by collaborating and providing the required input into new opportunities within existing or potential customers;
• Document and design service offerings along with best practices and recommendations inside the Digital Workplace Platform catalog and drive their maturity growth;
• Collaborate with DWP Delivery Teams helping to advise on design and architecture of solutions and their high-level implementation plans;
• Contribute to DWP teams" growth by providing technical mentorship and guidance;
• Have a broad understanding of Stefanini's Modern Enterprise Services portfolio and technology landscape;
• Creatively and collaboratively design complex solutions integrating components from multiple technology driven towers;
• Effectively communicate and work with C-Level sponsors, internal and client project teams, international and multi-cultural clients;
• Help write Service Descriptions, Proposals and Scope of Work documents to match agreed solutions (managed services and projects).
