Support & Maintenance Project Engineer - Renewable Energy

The role :

Within the US Operations department, we are looking to add a new member to the Support and Maintenance team to fill the position of Support & Maintenance Project Engineer.

Your key responsibilities :

• Support for SCADA systems and control centres for renewable energy generation assets, as well as integration of industrial control and communications systems.
• Main point of contact with customers for day-to-day projects and services.
• Evaluation of specifications with customers for new requirements.
• Support in managing suppliers and third parties involved.
• Coordination of activities with horizontal teams.
• Regular monitoring of the service together with the customer.
• Resolution of 3rd level incidents (functional and technical).
• Preparation of regular service reports and project documentation.
• Support for customers and users in the use of Bluence, including trips to the US to visit the customer's office.
• Training for customers and users, as well as identifying and evaluating new requirements.
