Electrical Engineer

The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design, size, and optimise electrical systems for industrial equipment and power electronics applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions comply with international standards and deliver high performance, reliability, and safety in the energy sector. How You’ll Make An Impact Execute the electrical design of industrial equipment using EPLAN or similar electrical design tools. Size LV and MV electrical systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Select and justify electrical components through technical specifications and calculations. Analyse and extract requirements from international standards applicable to our products. Prepare electrical drawings for power converters, batteries, and medium-voltage protections. Develop wiring diagrams and ensure electrical optimisation of products. I'd appreciate it if you could contribute to product development and innovation with your technical expertise. Prepare validation reports, technical documentation, instructions, and manuals. Support the implementation and testing of prototypes. Your Background A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or related field) is a minimum requirement. Experience designing industrial equipment or facilities using electrical design tools. Proficiency in one of the following : EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar software. Strong user-level knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.). Professional experience in the sizing of electrical components and cabinets in LV and MV applications. High-level proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Valuable Experience Fuse selection for battery applications, along with knowledge of safety regulations. Design of electrical systems and power electronic converters and their control. Design of power electronic equipment (semiconductors, capacitors, inductors, protections, and air / water cooling systems). Value engineering activities. At least 3 years of relevant experience will be highly desirable; candidates will be assessed based on their professional background.
