Sales Manager – Spain
About the role
A high-growth sports technology company is looking for a Sales Manager to open and scale the Spanish market. You’ll take ownership of building relationships with governing bodies, regional associations, and clubs to drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.
This is a hands-on role with scope to influence strategy while developing a scalable sales function in one of Europe’s most passionate sporting regions.
What you’ll do
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Spanish sports landscape
Build and manage an enterprise sales pipeline with governing bodies and federations
Develop scalable sales processes, reporting, and territory plans
Engage directly with associations, clubs, and sporting facilities to grow adoption
Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape product direction
What you’ll bring
A proven track record in enterprise SaaS or B2B sales
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate federations and sporting bodies
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a scaling environment
Passion for sport and knowledge of the Spanish sports ecosystem is highly desirable
