Location : ideally Düsseldorf (hybrid work model)

Salary range : €75,000 – €91,000 (depending on experience)

Boston Scientific offers opportunities to work with diverse, high-performing teams tackling important health industry challenges. The Neuromodulation division develops technologies to help patients with chronic pain or neurological conditions, including Spinal Cord Stimulation and Deep Brain Stimulation. The Finance Business Partner (FP&A) will support the Central Western regional commercial team and be part of a small, entrepreneurial business unit with global backing.

This is a high-impact role with visibility, influencing planning, growth, and delivery of life-changing therapies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning cycles and drive forecast accuracy for the regional commercial team.
• Turn numbers into actionable insights to guide resource allocation, sales analysis, and product-launch modeling.
• Partner with the central FP&A hub to align strategy, ensure high-quality reporting, and continually improve cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate with local leadership, including the Business Unit Director, Marketing Manager, and Country Managers across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Benelux (Belgium & Netherlands).
• Support around 60 colleagues in the region and act as a key voice in the leadership team.
