🎯 Role Purpose
As an IT Support Specialist L1 / L2 , you will play a key role in providing comprehensive technical support to internal users and external clients. This position requires strong knowledge of IT systems and software, with a focus on efficient problem-solving and maintaining high user satisfaction. You will manage support processes aligned with IT best practices and business objectives.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide first and second-level support in Windows environments (hardware, software, network, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
M365 / MS Exchange Administration and Azure Exposure
Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange environmentsParticipate in cloud service management using AzureITSM Tools and Ticketing Systems
Use IT service management tools to track and resolve incidentsMaintain detailed records of interactions and solutionsCustomer Service and Communication
Deliver excellent customer service with clear, empathetic, and effective communicationGuide users through problem resolutionProactivity and Autonomy
Act proactively in the face of IT challengesContinuously seek improvements in IT servicesUser Training and Education
Conduct training sessions and create educational materials on systems and softwareDevelop guides and FAQs to address common issuesContinuous Improvement and Innovation
Identify ways to improve support processes and user satisfactionStay up to date with IT trends and best practicesSecurity and Compliance

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT supportExperience in the financial or trading sector (not mandatory, but must come from a corporate environment)Strong technical expertise in Windows environmentsMicrosoft 365 and Exchange administration, with exposure to AzureExperience with ITSM tools and ticketing systemsAbility to manage the full support cycle (from initial contact to resolution and documentation)Experience collaborating with technical teams (network, development, security)Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships⭐ Desired Skills
