Transformational Partner Solutions Architect

Overview

As a key partner solutions architect, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of our partnership strategy, encompassing contracting and procurement activities, stakeholder awareness, and buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Identify and surface opportunities based on current market trends and broader economic context
• Raise awareness among internal and external stakeholders regarding evolutions in the partner ecosystem and maintain open communication
• Transform and create high satisfaction through quality work and provided insights
• Lead end-to-end contractual negotiation and execution of partner agreements within defined frameworks
• Regularly report progress while keeping ultimate practice vision in mind
• Define and execute internal and external communication strategy to raise awareness about new partnerships and their complementary business proposals
• Collaborate with other business units for complete cooperation across HR and Payroll service lines
• Report progress, raise awareness regarding potential roadblocks, and suggest resolutions
