This is a key role for managing HR administrative tasks in Spain while providing essential support to Portugal. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Management :

Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related incidents concerning variable components, vacations and leaves.

Draft necessary documents and templates for legal aspects, such as functional bonuses, reconciliations, work hour reductions, sanctions, warnings, job modifications, and meeting minutes with the Works Council, as well as taking detailed notes of all discussions during the meetings.

Prepare documentation for contract termination and coordinate their submission for signature.

Handle onboarding and offboarding on platforms such as Benefits, Hibob, and Geovictoria, as well as other departmental platforms as needed.

Administer and coordinate absences, including vacations, personal days, holidays, and medical appointment hours in the employee platform.

Provide the necessary data required by the department or other teams for its analysis.
