Overview
Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager (Madrid - hybrid) — Our customer is one of the world leaders in integrated water cycle management. They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee, based in Madrid, but providing services to their global organization.
Description of the position
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of ERP and Accounting Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rolling out these systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and Accounting System implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior management, project teams, and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- System Implementation : Facilitate the configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP and Accounting Systems, particularly Dynamics 365, to meet the organization’s business needs.
- Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including assigning tasks, setting expectations, and monitoring performance.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain quality control processes to successfully deliver project outputs.
- Training and Support : Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new systems.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Working Experience
5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically in rolling out ERP and Accounting Systems.In-depth knowledge of ERP and Accounting Software.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.Experience with change management principles and methodologies.Experience in the integrated water cycle management sector or any utilities sector.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams.International work experience working with international teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications : Not mandatory but preferred (e.g., PMP or similar project management certification).Languages
Spanish : Very good Business Spanish required (B2 / C1 level).English : Very good Business English required (B2 / C1 level).Job Conditions
