Digital Product Owner

Overview

At Huxley IT, we're looking for a Digital Product Owner to join the digital transformation team of a global leader in the consumer goods industry.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions that truly make an impact – aligning tech initiatives with business goals across markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; ideally in Engineering or a quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise or supply chain environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Proven track record of launching products from ideation to delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multiple Scrum teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
