We are looking for a skilled Process Analyst / Business Analyst with strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and customer interaction within the banking domain . The ideal candidate will be proficient in defining as-is and to-be processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, and supporting AI-driven and agentic workflow initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct as-is process mapping , identify inefficiencies, and define future-state (to-be) processes.
Lead customer interviews , workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions.
Translate business needs into clear functional and process requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) .
Assess process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and automation.
Work closely with AI, GenAI, and agentic workflow teams to integrate intelligent automation into processes.
Prepare documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support QA, development, and product teams in clarifying requirements.
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in as-is / to-be process mapping and process definition.
Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and customer / stakeholder interviews.
Banking domain expertise (retail, commercial, or digital banking).
Solid understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) .
Knowledge of Agentic processes , AI, and workflows involving generative AI.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with AI tools or automation platforms.
Exposure to BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, ARIS, Miro).
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
Location
~ Open to remote or hybrid, depending on project requirements.
