Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading biopharmaceutical company? We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in Spain. The territory is divided into four parts.
Your Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with key thought leaders (TLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Engage in scientific exchange on disease landscape, mode-of-action, and clinical data
Represent the company at scientific congresses and professional meetings
Develop deep expertise in the therapeutic area, stakeholders, and healthcare landscape
Support medical plans and scientific engagement in Hepatology and Gastroenterology
Attend and summarize key scientific meetings and conferences
Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, access, clinical) to share insights
Provide scientific training for internal teams and support speaker / advisory boards
Respond to external inquiries with accurate clinical and scientific information
Gather insights from TLs / HCPs to inform clinical and commercial strategy
Ensure ethical compliance, complete mandatory training, and follow industry regulations
Your Qualifications
Advanced degree in healthcare or life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.)
3+ years of medical field experience (MSL or similar)
Preferred experience in Hepatology or Gastroenterology
Strong knowledge of regulatory, health technology assessment and disease management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to change and ownership of responsibilities
Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate emerging data
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel internationally and engage with KOLs
Fluent written and spoken English skills
