Logistics Expert (Cat. I or II)

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to :

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;

inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert : Logistics Expert (Cat. I or II)

Qualifications and Skills :

University degree in project management, business / public administration, finance, economics, international relations or related field; – OR 5 years of additional relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.

Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1).

Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.

General Experience :

Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in logistics / admin of international operations.

Specific Experience :

Operations in difficult conditions.

Team and budget management.

Prior EU EOM logistics experience.

First-aid experience (asset).
