Depot Logistics Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Depot Administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the supervision, validation, and creation of strategies for our Last Mile routes in Madrid.

Key responsibilities include :

Live tracking of Madrid Last Mile routes

Utilization of route management software

Periodic analytical review for transport optimization

Emphasis on sustainable mobility and reduced carbon footprint

Daily preparation and follow-up of cost and effectiveness reports

Validation of Last Mile routes for costs

Financial monthly closings and conciliations with suppliers

Active participation in partner negotiations

Verification through multiple sources

Claim management via email and phone

Requirements :

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position

Highly analytical person

Proactive and able to work autonomously

Ability to thrive in dynamic environments

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Experience working with Live Last Mile or transportation software

Minimum English communication skills; additional languages (French / Polish / Portuguese / Italian) an asset
