Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them on effective use of products.
- Provide information on product features, updates, and technical specifications.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and updates in technology to provide relevant assistance to customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech sector, is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.Experience with CRM software and general computer applications is desirable.Must reside in Greece and be available to work flexible hours as necessary.Benefits
