Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home and appliance products via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and technical support
Guide users through the setup and effective use of smart home devices, ensuring a seamless customer journey
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Provide feedback to product teams on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement
Keep updated with the latest trends in smart home technology and product features
Requirements
knowledge of English isa plus
Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
A strong interest in smart home technology and appliances
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
