About Drillia

Drillia is a Switzerland-based SportsTech startup founded by Sports professionals and former athletes.

We are building the next generation of AI-powered tools for coaches and players.

We are now looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join early, help shape our MVPs, and grow into a core technical role.

What you will do

Build and launch full-stack features for Drillia’s platform (marketplace, player dashboards, AI modules).

Connect backend and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Whisper, Mistral).

Manage infrastructure (AWS / Firebase) and optimise data flow.

Work closely with the founder and 2–3 interns (frontend, backend, AI).

You bring

~1–3 years in full-stack development

~ Solid JS / TS, React, Node.js, and API experience

~ Startup mindset : autonomous, fast, and pragmatic

~ Passion for sports & building real products
