Senior Legal Administrator

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance team as transversal legal support. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and drafting civil and commercial contracts, identifying contractual risks, and coordinating with various internal departments.

Responsibilities Contract Review and Analysis : The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and drafting civil and commercial contracts.

Risk Management : They will identify and assess contractual risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.

Collaboration : The role requires coordination with various internal departments to provide effective legal support.

Qualifications Legal Background : A bachelor's degree in law or other degrees with a legal focus is required.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience as a legal advisor or paralegal is essential.

Contractual Experience : Previous experience working with civil and / or commercial contracts is necessary.

Linguistic Skills : Good command of English is required for daily communication.

Soft Skills : A proactive, practical profile with the ability to work independently and as part of a team is desired.
