What are we looking for?

At Dogfy Diet, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales team and build the German market from scratch , reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Your day-to-day will include...

• Contacting customers via phone calls to sell our product (Inbound Sales).
• Working towards both individual and team targets.
• Handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp / phone to ensure satisfaction.
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting improvements to our product and / or processes.
• Collaborating with the Customer Care and Veterinary Nutrition teams.
