Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients from the German market, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
- Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.
- Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.
- Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
Requirements
BA / BS degree and / or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.Strong customer-facing experience, particularly in a service-focused capacity.Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.Benefits
