Due to continued growth and increased financial activity in the region, we are seeking a Finance Analyst to support our operations in Spain and across the EMEA region. This position will be based in Madrid and will report locally, with regular collaboration with international finance teams.

Due to continued growth and increased financial activity in the region, we are seeking a Finance Analyst to support our operations in Spain and across the EMEA region. This position will be based in Madrid and will report locally, with regular collaboration with international finance teams.

The Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations, improving financial control, and ensuring the consistency and efficiency of core accounting and treasury processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in the monthly accounting close process by reviewing financial data, identifying irregularities, and helping ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Collaborate with external service providers to coordinate payroll, tax filings, and general ledger entries.

Support documentation and financial data gathering for internal and external audits.

Track and follow up on payment processes, including coordination with Accounts Payable and external vendors.

Help manage banking access and onboarding of financial institutions for local operations.

Monitor confirming payment flows from clients and ensure visibility into payment statuses.

Support the preparation and review of financial information related to guarantees, contract execution, and customer onboarding.

Contribute to the improvement and organization of the local chart of accounts and financial classification.

Maintain and update finance records to ensure traceability, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in accounting / treasury / finance operations.

Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) is a plus.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for communication in an international environment.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with a hands-on and solution-driven approach.

Ability to collaborate across functions and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
