Accounting Trainee

Our client, a very important consultancy company is looking for an intern to join their Financial team in Madrid. This position is designed as a formative opportunity to gain practical experience in the accounting area, supporting internal processes and employees within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Support on the Payables process. Including ensuring invoices are recorded and reconciled properly and on time and dealing with supplier inquiries.
• Supervision of the expense reports review process.
• Manual booking of multi-line invoices.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from Finance Managers and Officers (this may involve analysis and interpretation of data related to the T&B and our accounting systems).

Requirements :

We offer a 6 months internship contract with a salary in line with market rates and the possibility of home office a couple days a week after the first few weeks.
