Group Controlling Trainee

Overview

The Financial Internship role at RHG will support the preparation and review of monthly and annual results, assist in monitoring P&L and financial performance, and contribute to tracking KPIs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and monitor P&L statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Review month-end and year-end closing results to ensure high level of financial accuracy and compliance with internal processes
• Support in tracking actuals vs budget and forecast at different levels of detail
• Follow up on purchase order (PO) status to ensure accuracy and correct invoice allocation in SAP
• Monitor KPIs to improve business performance
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decision making
