More About The Role

We're looking for a Web Content and AEM Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Operations team in Madrid, as part of our Global eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a background in web content and authoring in a content management system (preferably Adobe Experience Manager – AEM), be able to coordinate web content projects and author content to activate engagement on our consumer brands eCommerce websites.

Responsibilities

Project management for our web content :

Coordinate all activities to ensure content (new product launches, blog articles or campaigns) is ready for publishing on our website.

Perform quality checks to validate layouts, links, multimedia and responsiveness across devices.

Assist in handover and transitions, ensuring quality and standardization of our web operations.

Cross‐team collaboration : work with Design, Marcom and Product Management teams to align on content needs and requirements.

Documentation and processes : maintain clear documentation and processes for web content management and authoring.

Authoring on AEM :

Create, update and maintain web pages.

Work with our AEM experts (Programme Support) to maintain and develop new components.

Continuous improvement : identify opportunities to optimize authoring workflows and propose enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications

1+ year experience working with a corporate CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager, and 3+ years in a digital environment.

1+ year in a business‐oriented service organization, 2+ years in a complex, fast‐moving and demanding environment.

High knowledge of web content operations and content management.

Understanding the business value and context of content in marketing and ability to bring that value to end customers and stakeholders.

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders (local and central marketing, digital marketing operations, product owners, and other stakeholders).

Knowledge of Lean UX / Scrum approaches to accelerate projects.

Able to deliver the right value, say no when appropriate, and steer on delivering on time.

Proactive, creative, and organized with strong time‐management skills.

High level of English; other languages are a plus.
