Your responsibilities :
Collaborate in defining the area's processes and procedures, aligning them with the new digitalization tool.
Participate in data migration from old systems to the new ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Prepare documentation and manuals for the global implementation of the project, providing technical and training support.
Provide administrative and strategic support in recruitment processes : meetings, calls, interviews, etc.
Assist in posting job offers and screening CVs.
Collaborate in interviews and prepare evaluation reports as needed.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS :
Academic background :
University degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, Business Intelligence, or similar.
Highly valued : Master's degree in HR, digitalization or project management is a plus.
High level of English (C1) and knowledge of French is a plus.
Soft skills :
Proactive, people-oriented, self-starter.
Good communication skills
Results oriented
