Senior Payroll Specialist

About the Role

• As a Senior Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for processing payroll end-to-end with attention to detail and adherence to agreed processing calendars and KPIs.
• You will support statutory and year-end reporting, utilizing strong knowledge of country-specific legislation and regulations.
• Provide expert advice on client queries and ensure a high standard of response within Service Level Agreements (SLA) timescales.
• Liaise and transact with third parties, maintaining effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Contribute to root cause analysis, ensuring accurate details and feasible preventative measures are suggested to limit reoccurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date DWIs, reflecting current processes and services.
• Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members, raising issues promptly to the Service Manager.
• Develop good relationships with all lines of business, where applicable.
• Keep internal stakeholders informed in a timely and accurate manner.
