Descripción del trabajoDrafting and negotiating financing contracts, security packages, structured financing (project finance), and refinancing; Participating in bid preparation and project development, offering advice in public or private pre-qualification and bidding processes, especially within PPP projects or similar structures, including real estate and energy sectors; Drafting and negotiating contracts such as MoU, EPC, O&M, construction contracts, non-binding and final offers, interface agreements, NDAs, and term sheets for financing; Providing advice in infrastructure and energy fields, including regulatory law, project agreements, public contracts, and permits; Managing corporate and commercial aspects of SPVs / concessionaire companies, including legal secretary work and corporate transactions like M&A, SPA, SHA, due diligence; Coordinating proceedings before international courts and arbitration tribunals in civil, commercial, and administrative matters; Managing external legal teams and monitoring their actions. Law Degree and registered as a lawyer; a double degree is desirable; MBA, LLM, or related finance program; Bilingual in English (70% of work in English), with experience working in an international context; Advanced skills in office automation tools for legal documentation and presentations. 3-7 years of experience in international operations within infrastructure, energy, and project finance, preferably including at least 3 years at a recognized law firm; Experience advising on financial, commercial, and regulatory law; Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and leading or participating in complex projects; Litigation experience, mainly in administrative and commercial areas. Strategic thinking with a proactive, results-oriented approach; Ability to assess legal risks and propose safe, viable solutions; Organizational, teamwork, and time management skills to meet deadlines; Adaptability, continuous learning, and proficiency with digital legal management tools; Willingness to travel.
