Job Description :

As a Corporate Senior Demand Planner, you will play a key role in improving processes and preparing the monthly demand review. You will drive increased supply planning stability, forecast accuracy, better customer delivery adherence, enhanced capacity utilization, and inventory health increase.

Your responsibilities will include tracking program progress, providing regular reports to the supply chain team and key stakeholders, collecting and consolidating inputs from sales and supply departments, driving impact analysis, and aligning and validating with key stakeholders.

You will own the compilation and analysis of key demand metrics, participate in demand planning processes, including data inputs, cleansing, and statistical forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Detail-oriented individual with experience in demand planning or supply chain planning
• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning roles in FMCG companies
• Ability to work across functions
• Good command of IT systems particularly MS Office (Excel)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
