The Western European Shared Services Center (SSC) supports our country organizations and regional / global Business Units with a focus on operational excellence & customer satisfaction.

These expert services include financial accounting, reporting, business analysis & controlling, budgeting & forecasting, and data quality management.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Accountant, with 1 to 3 years of experience, to join our Shared Service Center in Barcelona. The successful candidate will support our UK local Finance Team remotely.

Responsibilities :

Production of invoices

Create master data like projects and contracts in SAP FI / CO / SD

Carry out daily business support requests

Support with purchase requests for customer renewals and new purchases

Maintenance of billing schedules and billing contracts

Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording

Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis

Participate in month-end activities

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Convince us of your potential!

Understanding of fundamental accounting principles

Fluent in English is a must

Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel, and preferably familiar with SAP

Experience handling contract billing is preferable

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Ability to organize efficiently and work in an international team
